Cancellation Policy:

Even though we don't require a deposit upon booking, we appreciate customers rescheduling or canceling at least 24 hours in advance.  

Nail Fixing Policy:

We are confident about our products and services,  we guarantee 10 days-Free-Nails-Fix for any Shellac, Gel and Acrylic Nails that are peeled or lifted. 

We care! and understand your feelings and appreciate customer take care of their nails like we do. please be gentle with your finger tips, harshly bumping will definitely damage your nails no matter how well we did. Intentional broken nails might subject to be refused by us with respect.
